Not much is known about MAW yet, but artist Sarah Nicholson reveals this tantalizing verbal image of what may be when it hits The Nerve Centre!

"Ravenous and consuming, voracious and insatiable, the teeth threaten to drag you in and devour you triggering a primal fear of sharp, tearing teeth.

Inspired by my fascination with the extreme “Otherness” of creatures of the deep and a comment by Colin Serjent about funding cuts; Maw is a studio work construction of wire armature and heat-shrunk recycled plastic bags."
